I know dermatologists cure acne but what kind of doctor only cures acne rather than curing diseases?
A dermatologist. They take care of skin, including acne. Some specialize in acne, but since they’re medical doctors, they’ll know the other stuff too.

Dermatologists are skin doctors. since acne are skin problems, dermatologists also deal with them. There are some dermatologists who specializes in acne. You just have to find them. I used to just go to any dermatologist, and my doctor for around 10 years did no cure for my acne problem. Then I found a new derm who treats acne and cured it.
